Easy Baked Feta and Spicy Thai Pepper Olive Appetizer

baked feta appetizer in under 20 minutes. Warm, creamy feta cheese paired with Teta's Fiery Hot Thai Pepper green olives.

A baked feta appetizer is incredibly easy to elevate by adding spicy green olives. Simply bake a block of feta cheese until soft and warm, then top it with a 1.6oz pouch of Teta's Olives Fiery Hot Thai Pepper. By slicing and pitting the whole spicy olives before adding them to the hot cheese, their natural chili oils melt into the feta, creating a creamy and fiery dip perfect for pita bread.

The Crucial Pitting Step: Open one pouch of Teta's Fiery Hot Thai Pepper olives. Place each olive on a cutting board, make a lengthwise slice with a paring knife, and split the flesh open to easily pluck out the pit. Rough chop the remaining olive meat.

Recipe Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a block of feta cheese in a small baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15 minutes until soft. Remove from the oven and immediately top with your freshly pitted and chopped Thai Pepper olives. Serve hot with toasted crostini or pita chips.
