Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive additional notifications when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship exclusively within the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to territories (including Guam) or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with territorial or APO/FPO addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping options available:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Free for orders of $40 or more

    • $2.50 flat rate for orders under $40

  • Fast Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • Live rates calculated and displayed during checkout

  • Blazing Fast Shipping: 1-2 business days

    • Live rates calculated and displayed during checkout

Risk of Loss and Damage

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier (FOB Origin). Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us at hello@tetasolives.com within 48 hours if there is any damage or discrepancy. Claims reported after this window may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or offer a resolution.

Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our olives are shelf-stable but sensitive to extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from packages left unrefrigerated or exposed to extreme heat for extended periods after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor delivery status. Tracking information typically becomes available within 48 hours.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@tetasolives.com with your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a valid physical shipping address or contact us at hello@tetasolives.com if you require assistance.

Package Security and Delivery Issues

We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as lost or stolen.
