At Teta's Olives, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping across the United States with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $70 or more.
- For orders under $70, shipping rates are calculated in real time by our shipping partners based on the items in your cart and your delivery location. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@tetasolives.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping or contact us at hello@tetasolives.com if you need assistance with your order.
